We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel which made it easy for us to explore the area during our romantic escape. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, assisting us with finding nearby attractions and even securing a room at a nearby hotel when they were fully booked. We also appreciated the quality of the breakfast provided, with fresh and tasty options available each morning.

We experienced a few issues during our stay. When we first arrived, the room was not as clean as we would have liked and required some additional attention. Additionally, we had a leak in the toilet on the third floor which was inconvenient and required frequent mopping. Lastly, we were promised a follow-up from the staff about the possibility of a room change but never received one.

The central location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city. the surrounding area was noisy and made it difficult to sleep at night. the room had a dirty feel to it when we arrived, and the toilet leaked constantly in the third-floor room, which was frustrating. Despite the employees' efforts to help, we were disappointed that no one followed up when other guests had left, and we could have relocated.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful, even though we had a language barrier. They quickly solved the issue of not having an available room and found me another nearby hotel, which was also very nice. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was simply perfect for me. Given all these things, I would highly recommend this hotel.
